If I had a blog about writing, I would write about the projects I've got underway, how they're going and how they're not going, whether or not I have writer's block and what's inspiring me to write great things at the moment. I would probably share clips of writing projects, little bits of things to tantalize, and to shyly solicit some feedback.

I would write about other writers, about those whom I love and those whom I admire, who I'm reading and who I want to read, and why.

I'd write about my writing group, what we're doing lately and why it's keeping me going.

I'd write about my goals for the future, and what I want to accomplish; how I'm going about doing it. I'd have to write about those things because otherwise they would just be vaguely formed ideas in my head, and would probably never see fruition.

Sort of like this blog.

I'd probably also write about trends in my genre of writing, about currents events in the world of writing dark and delicious things, and post links to outside pages that have content of note.

I would hope to inspire those few who honor me by reading, to entertain and prompt. I would answer any questions and respond to any comments.

Well, that's all if I had a blog about writing.
